Our process is a unique hybrid of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. We start by creating the base structure using high-precision 3D printing. Once the base is ready, we finish the piece by hand using a combination of a 3D pen, sculpting clay, and artistic resin. This multi-step process allows us to achieve textures and details that 3D printing alone cannot produce.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials depending on the specific piece. The base is typically printed using PLA (a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch). The detailing involves modeling clay, UV resin for glossy finishes, and filament used with a 3D pen.
Will my item look exactly like the photos on the website?
It will be the same shape, size, color scheme, and design, but no two pieces are exactly alike. Because every item is hand-finished with various techniques, including clay and 3D pen details, there will be slight variations in the texture and pattern. We believe this is the beauty of our art—you are receiving a truly one-of-a-kind object, not a factory-standardized copy.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually our by-hand manufacturing process requires 1-2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Why does it take up to 2 weeks before my order ships?
We operate on a made-to-order basis. We do not keep a warehouse full of stock; instead, we begin creating your art piece specifically for you the moment you place your order. Between the printing time, the hand-sculpting, and the curing time required for the resin and clay to set properly, we need upo to 14 days to ensure the quality is perfect before packing it.
Can I pay extra to rush my order?
Generally, no. We cannot rush the drying and curing processes of the materials we use (like resin and clay) without compromising the structural integrity and finish of the art. However, if you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering, and we will let you know if our current workload allows for a slightly faster turnaround.
How long does shipping take after the 2-week creation period?
Once your item is finished and packed (after the initial 14 days), standard shipping times apply based on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our studio.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is the 3D printed material fragile?
While our pieces are solid, they are art objects and should be treated with care. The combination of PLA, clay, and resin creates a durable structure, but dropping them on hard surfaces could cause thin details to break.
Can I keep these items outside or in direct sunlight?
We recommend keeping your art indoors and out of prolonged direct sunlight. Extreme heat (above 50°C / 120°F) can cause the PLA base to warp, and prolonged UV exposure may eventually yellow the resin or fade the hand-painted details.
How do I clean my art piece?
Simply dust it with a soft brush or a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or hot water, as these can damage the hand-finished surface.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, production has likely begun on your custom piece, and cancellation fees may apply.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if there is a structural defect. However, please note that slight aesthetic variations (due to the hand-finishing process) are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns. If you have concerns, please reach out to us with photos.
